Solution Overview
The original solution diagrams below retain the detailed flow. They connect the CAPP process knowledge base and MES execution system with digital twins, machine monitoring, automated logistics and palletized positioning, covering manual stations, intelligent cells, production lines and the full factory.
Control & processes
The manufacturing execution system (MES) connects to ERP or WMS to manage planning, scheduling, execution and tracking. A real-time digital twin shows machine status and alarms; intelligent energy monitoring covers compressed air and electricity. Central production and process systems, engineering and manufacturing services, and central tool management support workshop execution.
Quality & materials
The diagram includes automated inspection rooms, central quality management, automated process compensation, vertical storage, central materials management, automated material transfer, AMRs and fleet management. Dashboards display production quality, machining status and machine status.
Workshop execution layer
The diagram covers standard and heavy-duty automation cells and lines, digitized manual robot operation, autonomous mobile assistance, machine loading, and chuck and pallet systems, with connections at cell, line and factory scale.
